Floral cold brew — Okoluu (Ethiopia)

• Ratio: 1:15

• Coffee: 40 g

• Water: 600 ml filtered cold water

• Brew time: 12–14 h in the fridge
  Result: a bright, floral and fruity cold brew, showcasing the delicate aromatics of Ethiopian coffees.

Smooth cold brew — Le Mixtape (Espresso blend)

• Ratio: 1:16

• Coffee: 38 g

• Water: 600 ml filtered cold water

• Brew time: 14–16 h in the fridge
  Result: a round, chocolatey cold brew with hints of cocoa and dried fruits, perfect on its own or as an iced latte base.

Barista tip

For a cleaner, more aromatic cold brew, rinse the grounds with a quick pour of hot water (30–50 g at 90–95 °C), wait 30 seconds, then discard that first water. This “hot bloom” releases CO₂ and removes some grassy notes. Add cold water and let steep as usual!
