Our production kitchen at Ten Belles Bread makes all the food we sell at all of our locations. Everything from our kitchen is made fresh everyday using seasonal, local and organic ingredients. Our pastry team strives to use as many whole grain flours so that our cakes and viennoiseries are nutritious as well as delicious.

We take care to be thoughtful, responsible and equitable in the way we work with our suppliers. In addition to carefully sourcing produce, an integral part of our kitchen philosophy is to reduce food waste and packaging to a minimum. All our organic waste is composted and we buy ingredients in bulk when possible.
