We specialise in sourdough bread, mixed using flour, water, sea salt and naturally-occurring yeasts. Our loaves are hand-shaped by our team of bakers and then baked after an overnight fermentation. 

Our flour is organic or made from local grains grown using sustainable and regenerative farming practices and then stone-milled according to artisanal methods that produce easily digestible and nutritious whole grain flours. 

We take care to be thoughtful, responsible and equitable in the way we work with farmers and suppliers. We believe in regenerative agriculture as a way to strengthen ecosystems, restore soil health and build economic resiliency in farming communities.

Our bread is made and baked daily at our bakery Ten Belles Bread. However it’s available to buy at all three Ten Belles locations.
